That sounds great. I have been looking at some upcoming Chi Running seminars up here in Seattle. I think a little form tweaking would be useful. There are just too many little annoying injuries I keep popping up with. Can't wait to hear how your session goes.
I've never had anyone watch me run - for the purpose of form and improvement. The thought scares me!
