The Whole30 wrapped up without incident. Final weight loss tally was 8.8 lbs. Not to shabby. I did the reintroduction. Dairy seems to be okay. Soy seems to be okay; I haven't really tried any other legumes yet. Gluten..... gluten is evil. Big allergy issues -- sniffling, sneezing, coughing, wheezing -- within hours of consumption.
I need to re-route my eating habits on a more permanent basis to get rid of the allergies and get back to having that Whole30 energy and improved sleep quality. The trick is that eating the stuff I shouldn't has left me lethargic and just generally feeling like ick. Total chicken and egg where I need to plan but don't feel well so I don't. I need to suck it up and just do it. But I may also be getting sick like a regular person; I napped both Saturday and Sunday and I never nap unless I'm getting sick.
Not running either, because of the general meh of it all. Really need to suck it up.
